  24. I suspected that was the case.  Thanks for sharing this information.  I have
  25. ordered the Alliance, and am particularly pleased with the service support
  26. Penril provides.  When I expressed an interest in their modems to their
  27. regional sales representative last Friday at 4 PM, it arrived in my mailbox
  28. the next day!  When the day for expected delivey arrived, I received a card
  29. in the mail apologizing for a three day delay(due to Maryland snow).
