- I suspected that was the case. Thanks for sharing this information. I have
- ordered the Alliance, and am particularly pleased with the service support
- Penril provides. When I expressed an interest in their modems to their
- regional sales representative last Friday at 4 PM, it arrived in my mailbox
- the next day! When the day for expected delivey arrived, I received a card
- in the mail apologizing for a three day delay(due to Maryland snow).
